Orders are shipped by Swiss Post B mail on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Example:
If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will leave the next Tuesday .
If you place your order on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, your order will be shipped on the next Friday .

All the items offered on this site have been sourced from private individuals, flea markets, garage sales, charity shops, etc., mainly in Switzerland.

Sometimes depending on my travels or the needs of the brand, I buy supplies abroad. However, each piece is individually mottled to best match the image of "Mes éapulettes".

I'm not buying bulk lots or bales and I do not import any goods from abroad.
It is essential for me to be able to trace the items and to make them travel the shortest distance possible. I always favor local trade.
All the clothes, accessories and shoes are TRUE Vintage, meaning that their manufacture is more than 20 years old.

As for the handcraft (bags, pouches) it is made by me from mostly Vintage fabrics. Discover the craft "Mes épaulettes"
All garments (including silks and delicates) are unstained and washed by hand or machine before dispatch. The furs are given to the laundry. As for the leathers, the linings are cleaned with water and soap by hand and steamed with hot steam.

The garments are then ironed with a latest generation Laura Star iron to eliminate 99% of germs that may still be present after washing at low temperature for example.

A repair service (holes, buttons, tears, defects) is provided by a professional seamstress. We examine each item in detail and if a defect cannot be repaired, we specify it in the description.
For logistics and ecological reasons, we do not accept returns.

We try to give as much indication as possible about the measurements in the description.

However, if the item has a hidden defect that has not been mentioned, we always offer a free repair solution (shipping costs partially at your expense).
If after 1 week the package has not arrived, you must immediately contact me in order to trace the package.
